🍓 Strawberry Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tsp Vivid Nutrition Organic Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Ice cubes as desired
Instructions:
- Blend strawberries, milk, and Monk Fruit Sweetener until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and ice cream (if using), then blend again.
- Pour into glasses, top with a fresh strawberry slice, and enjoy immediately!

Ingredients (makes 6-8 cupcakes):
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake tray.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and Monk Fruit Sweetener until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in milk and vanilla. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full and bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Let cool, then top with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting and a fresh strawberry slice.
